How to deal with a phobia in an almost two year old?!

Odd one: aeroplanes. My dd will be two next week and has really been enjoying the garden with the recent sunshine EXCEPT aeroplanes send her running to hide under my feet. Literally. Its driving me nuts. We live near a relatively small airport but still get a fair bit of traffic. It's caused by my stupid little dog who two years ago on a trip to visit family in London decided chasing planes is where it's at. I am addressing this issue by making him go on his bed if he tries to chase them but unfortunately the damage is done and I fear by shouting at the dog everytime a plane flies overhead I am upsetting her more. How do I address this? We are saying 'hello plane', I reiterate planes are nice, fun things that take people (and peppa pig) on holiday, we've watched Disney's planes (she paid no attention). I am stuck. Today she wanted to play in the garden, I needed to do some laundry, result: tantrum and peppa pig on the tv. I'd like to be able to leave her for five minutes this summer else I'll get nothing done. Help!

Would it be possible for you to take her to the local airport to watch some take-offs and landings? And talk about who might be travelling, where they might be going and why?

(If she was a bit older I'd be suggesting using one of the apps that identifies planes in the sky and tells you their origin and destination!)
