I have a daughter who is two and half years old. She enjoys having a bath everyday. One day she was running and she lost her balance and unfortunately she cut her knee and was bleeding. I bathed her the next day and she was screaming and says its was stinging. Now she doesn't even want to bath anymore or even just to wipe her. It's been around 5 days already.

If you have been in this situation before, what was your approach to solve this issue? I want her to enjoy water again. Thank you for your help..

My dd did but she was much younger - probably a year. It lasted months actually but I gently persevered. I tried lots of distraction and new toys. We also tried getting in to the bath with her which didn't help then but helps now if she is feeling a bit iffy about a bath

My 20 month old has been afraid of the bath for last few months but last weekend I got in with him and it helped a lot.
