Advice needed, I am concerned but don't know if just over reacting.
Three year old girl is taking great pleasure hurting other children around her. Whether it be physical or verbal. It may be aimed at smaller children, children, her age or older children. At first I felt it was just to seek attention, however it has become a whole lot worse over the last few months. It may be that they are playing happily then lash out for no apparent reason. Have witnessed it happen on various occasions, I'm not always in the room when it starts to happen. I feel she definitely knows what she is doing is causing pain and hurt, that's why it's difficult to see.
Any advice would be helpful.
