how many molar teeth should toddler have?

That's it for now. Obviously they'll eventually be replaced by adult teeth, then third molars (wisdom teeth) usually erupt in late teens or twenties.

Well, there's a full set of 28 adult teeth still to come in a few years. But generally they're a bit less evil, because there are already holes in the gums for most of them.
