Recent bedwetting in 6 yr old

My six year old dd (seven in January) has not wet her bed since she was about three. In the last three weeks she's wet the bed once a week. I've not interrogated her, but I have asked gently if she knows why it might have happened - tummy ache/bad dreams just before and so on, and DH and I have kept and eye on what is happening with friends, school etc., but can't see why it might be happening. The only thing that's really changed in her life is that she came out of her junior bed three weeks ago and is in a cabin bed, which she says she likes. Could it be this? Is there anything I can do?
I'm wondering whether to take her to the GP.

My six year old wet the bed for the first time in years on holiday. He was scared to get out of bed to go to the toilet as there was no light on. Does she have to climb down steps or any thing to get out of bed now? I wasn't even aware he used to get up in the night sometimes but he bviously does! Just a thought.

Could be the new bed. Maybe get her urine checked to rule out UTI, very common cause of bedwetting and often no tummy ache with it.

Hiya Helsy! My DD (5 in Dec) hasn't bedwet for a year......except for the last 12 days when she has wet every blinkin' night. I've asked her, she's provided her own little theories which I've pandered to, and nothing has changed.
I took a urine sample in to the doctor's on Friday just to get it checked out, but I haven't a clue what else to do. Smelly wet sheets are such a horrible start to the day though, aren't they?

We haven't had any accidents so far this week, but I guess there's still tonight! I had resolved that if she weed once more in the night I would take her to the GP.
