My daughters room is at 19 degrees most nights but there is always a chill in there. You can feel it as soon as you walk in the room.
I worry she's never warm enough. Babies like to be warm!
When you feel her bottom sheet it's always cold! She sleeps in a sleep bag and when you feel the outside of it, that feels cold too! And because she sleeps in a sleep bag she can't 'snuggle down' into a duvet/blankets which in itself help to keep the bottom sheet warm!!
She is currently in a 2.5 tog sleep bag and a long sleeve sleep suit but just don't feel its warm enough!
Am I over worried?
