And what's the duration of each?
Just curious to know.
My 8.5 month old DD has 2 naps a day. About a month ago we dropped the afternoon one as it was starting to interfere with her being settled for her night time sleep.
Most days she has about 30 mins in the morning (approx 2 hours after waking from night time sleep), and an hour and a half/2 hours over lunchtime.
Over the past week and half however she has shown signs of maybe not needing the morning sleep anymore as she 'faffs' around for ages when you put her down, despite showing all the tired signs beforehand. Mostly she will eventually go to sleep but it might only be for 15/20 mins!
Today though she had an hour and a half at her morning sleep!!!!!! She's never done that before!! Had to keep checking on her ;)
And subsequently the lunchtime sleep has gone pear-shaped!
Any way, am just thinking that surely 1 sleep for a baby her age isn't enough? Am keen to know how it works for the rest of you.
