cold sweats, part of teething?

Hi guys, my six mo son just cut his 1st tooth, but he's been having cold sweats when crying and seems sweatier at night too, back of necks wet and his arms are too, but rest of him cool. The rooms OK temp and I've been dressing him as i always have, no temperature though. Wondered if it was part of teething or something I should be worried about?? Googled it and alsorts came up about SIDS and needless to say I'm worried as hell now x
