Is this silent reflux?

My baby is 5 weeks old and I am wondering if he is suffering from silent reflux. He is never sick/spits up, is very difficult to wind but suffers badly from bottom wind(it's awful to see him suffer), gets hiccups at least once a day, prefers to sleep over shoulder, has very strong neck control, doesn't always like to be out in Moses basket and often squirms when sleeping, arching his back.

I have tried infacol and gripe water for the wind but nothing works.

Can anyone let me know what they think??

How does he behave during feeds?

He is breastfed and feeds a lot. He occasionally breaks off and gives a cry before going back on. After feeding, he can cry and arch his back, go straight as a board.

Mmm, could be. How is he generally?
My DS suffered with silent reflux and as well as the things you mention he was just miserable all the time. He cried pretty much constantly and found it very difficult to nap. He did sometimes sleep well but this was generally when he'd worn himself out with crying!
He would get hiccups several times a day, he would seem hungry but them only take a little before arching away from the bottle, so he epilepsy find up feeding little and often. Like your little one he roiled squirm if laid flat and preferred to sleep upright on me.
