3 year old DD is wetting the bed after being dry for a few months, any tips?

DD3 has been out of nappies at night for at least the last 3 months. She has started being wet again most nights. Are there any tips on getting her dry again?

Thanks.

Not sure, but ride the storm?
One of mine I had to put back in pyjama pants. With another one it was just a blip.
Has she just started at nursery? I found mine would go through a wetting again blip with extra tiredness like starting school...?

has something changed for her (nursery? preschool?)?
it seems normal to me, many dc go one step forward developmentally then a step or two back, when they mastered another big skill.
I would put her in pull ups (maybe let her choose a pack if she's reluctant).

She had the summer holidays off and has just gone back to preschool so maybe it is that. I think I will get her a pack if pull ups and see how she is in a couple of weeks.

The problem is she hasn't spent a full night in her own bed for at least a month and she has wet my bed for the last 2 nights!

She has been wetting herself more during the day as well but I was going to do a reward chart for that.

Thank you.

She's very young, perhaps the 3 months wasn't actually her 'potty trained' but more habit and fluke. Pop her in pull ups (or nappies) let her choose and go from there.
