Hi all I just wondered whether any one else has a toddler who cannot stand mess. Not the sort of toys all over the floor type mess but cleanliness. If she gets food on her hands while eating everything stops til she get a wipe to clean it off. Likewise if she spills something on the floor its the end of the world and she will get upset if its not cleaned up. We are potty training at the moment and if she has an accident she goes into meltdown. And strangely if she goes on the potty she calls her wee 'dirty water'. I am confused as to where this behavior has come from as neither myself or her dad make an issue of spills or grubby hands. Is this common or something I should be concerned about?

Not sure she is OCD cos she doesn't have any ritualistic behaviours, she just doesn't like to be grubby. Other half thinks she might be autistic but she definitely doesn't fit that profile either. I guess I am just growing my very own Monica Smile
