Dd is having a breastfeed in the morning still, cows milk for daytime nap, and for bed. She has her biggest feed of 7oz for bed, which is usually 7-730. This summer has thrown that out of whack as she's been on cows milk for bed for about 5 weeks now, and sleeps through (with a little murmur here and there) but she'll have her bottle for sleep then be up for another half hour to hour. She won't be sleepy immediately?
Dd1 use to have 5/6oz of cows milk in bed and go to sleep on her own willingly. Obviously they're all different. Bt she is tired, she just wants to play!
We do a dinner, bath, wind down bed routine but she won't be sleepy immediately or fall asleep until about a while after her milk. Anyone else?
