Mine has gone all wrong. She used to nap in the day, and sleep through. No more.
She was on 2 meals a day, times all gone wrong.
I've no idea where to start, how much she should eat? What games to play?
Oh and she's had one 40 min nap since 2am Confused

Is she teething? That can really throw routines out, mess up sleep etc. DS is older now but think he was on 2 naps a day at around 6mo, on a 2,3,4 routine that I read about on here.

first nap is 2 hrs after waking up in the morning, 2nd nap is 3 hrs after waking from 1st nap, then bedtime 4 hrs after 2nd nap.

Eg wake at 7, 1st nap 9 to 10:30, next nap 1:30 to 3, bed at 7. worked really well for us, nap lengths sometimes varied but the gaps were always the same.

Ah, teething throws it all out! When DD goes through a teething stage, the routine falls by the wayside & we just go with the flow! She stopped eating solids completely for 2 weeks a few weeks ago, then two little teeth appeared Grin

Also how much am I meant to feed her?
She has porridge or bannana about 12 and then tea at four which is finger food for her teeth such as carrot etc. only a tiny bit or she won't have her bedtime bottle at 7, which is all she will normally have until 7.30am

I wouldn't worry too much about food intake at 6mo, milk will be her main source of nutrition until 12 mo. We just offered DS some finger food at all our meal times and he gradually increased his intake himself. Let her eat to her own appetite and offer milk feeds as normal. Smile

I heard the saying " food is for fun until they are one" so really don't think it matters how much they eat. My 6.5m old routine is.
7.30am up, feed
8-10am, we tend to tidy the house and have breakfast, which normally consists of DS squishing toast everywhere!
10-11 nap
11-2 out and about
2-4/5 nap
5-7.30 play with toys etc while I cook, then DS gets offered finger food of what ever we are eating.
7.45 bath and bed.
10pm dream feed

DS is bf every 3 ish hours hope that makes sense Grin

Thank you.
Betty, the 2,3,4 do you put them down again from wake up time or put down time?
