for the last 2-3 weeks dd has been refusing to have her 2 daytime naps. she will reluctantly have her morning nap ater been in the cot about 30 mins befrore going to sleep.
she wakes at 6am (wish it was 7) then I used to put her for a nap at 8am but now it is 9.30am,she only naps for 45mins-1hour
Then she used to have an afternoon nap at 1 for one hour. Now she is totally refusing this nap.
what should I do? she is asleep by 6pm.
Also I don't know if this is related but the last week she hasn't been eating as much, hardly any lunch or tea.

perhaps she's teething? or she could just be going through a not-eating-much stage. mine did that.

re naps - I suggest you try giving up on the morning nap altogether so she has an afternoon nap - both of mine functioned better that way (although yours could be different - you only know if you try!)

Oh that's so weird, me23, ds (just over 10mo) has been eating less this week, almost completely refusing breakfast which is just sooooo unlike him, normally he's a total monster munch. He's trying to drop his lunchtime nap too, but is still getting his other naps - I think he's just ready to drop it. Nothing constructive to add, I'm afraid, maybe someone who's been through it will tell us the feeding thing is normal at this age?

Thanks for the replies, senpos I will try dropping the morning nap and see if that helps, (dd just gone to bed now she has been a grouch all day) she is teething so perhaps that explains the eating.
hope it is just a stage, she was quite a good eater before.
2happy hope your lo gets through this stage quickly too!
