If she is 26 months she doesn't need bottles at night so I would stop that. It is going to be tough for a few nights but generally I think they take 3 nights to get used to anything new.

Hi all, this is my fourth month now of almost totally sleepless nights. I recently had a baby who is now 11 weeks (2nd baby) however, about a month before having her my PFB began wakening at night. This has got worse and worse. I suppose we did give her a bit of a fools pardon for the first few weeks as a result of the baby but it has now got to breaking point! I am also bf baby so difficult to deal with PFB. We did get into bed beside her in the beginning-mostly my DH as i wanted to be free to feed baby, also Dh is quite a sound sleeper! Now, though PFB constantly wants me! We did do CC, comforting her and walking out, etc and this did work-stopped us havin to get in beside her. Then, PFB very quickly began to go to potty/toilet day and v soon after night. She also takes a bottle of milk to bed, which she wanted refilled when she woke at night if empty, there were nights when desperate for sleep, she could have drank 3 bottles...bottle because she never used a dummy and it gave her comfort. So next we were at stage where when she would cry for 'bo-bo' each tim, we ignore request and try to distract her til she falls asleep. We are still doing this and recently she has began to use the excuse 'pee' to get up, not always needing to! She will squeal and cry if her daddy goes to her, crying out 'mammy', sometimes wakening baby (who might i add, is v v good, sleeping through most nights!) Thus, due to lack of sleep, we started sleeping besider her again...i know we shouldnt have, but just so desperate for sleep! While sleeping beside her though, i did already know she has large tonsils, therefore can snore very loudly, i did not realise how restless she really has got, she can flip herself in bed, sometimes hitting hed, you could find her in any position anywhere on bed????

So i am now at the stage where i will try/do anything and wondering...does she have some sort of sleep disorder? Should i cut out bottle when going down to sleep altogether? Should i take hard approach and cut all out and do cc routine? Are there any reasons for this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA!
