Sudden bad behaviour

Hi, was wondering. My 2 year old daughter has suddenly become very ill behaved. Her nursery have asked me to stay behind on monday to talk about her behaviour. I don't think I am too soft and too hard. I hear about the terrible two's is this it? How long do they go on for? I watch all the tele shows i.e supernanny and use the naughty step etc. Can the nursery ask her not to come back? I am worried I shall be left with no childcare.

i could never imagine a nursery refusing a grumpy or stroppy 2yr old. if they did that all the time nurseries would empty places!
It could well be the start of terrible twos and you wont be alone as EVERY child and parent go through it.
I imagine the nursery just want to let you know whats going on so that you can deal with it together.
has she been at nursery long? what exactly has she been doing is it just tantrums or actually upsetting other children?

No the won't ask her to leave, I'm sure.
My ds is 2.
Some days he is better behaved than others.
They just want to talk to you about it.
What exactly has she been doing ?
Unless it's something very serious - like really biting or hurting the other children ( which I am sure it is NOT), then there is no issue.
Do not worry.

No its not really bad. I just don't want them all to dread her getting in. She is throwing loads of tantums and i can't diffuse them a easily as before. She is strong willed, i end up arguing with her. It must look so funny, us both ranting at one another.
