Sleep problems for one year old

Hoping someone can help! my one year old son will not sleep in his cot, he sleeps in our bed which i cant stand cos i dont get any sleep for worrying that we will roll onto him. I wait for him to go into deep sleep and try to put him in his cot but he wakes up when i do it. he moves around so much in the night that he wakes himself up all the time. his cot is still in our room which i wouldn't mind if he just slept in it! any suggestions?

Sorry all I can suggest is keep trying.
It will take a couple of nights but once he realises he will start to settle..good luck

i have tried leaving him to cry and going in every so often to calm him but he just stands up in his cot and screams! i know it will get better but cant see that far ahead!
