I want to bake, I've promised baked good to the family, I have the following ingredients.FlourButterEggsMilkSugarCooking chocolate Vanilla essence I wanted some sort of brownie but can't find a recipe that doesn't use cocoa powder.
Chocolate chip cookies? Vanilla sponge with a chocolate buttercream?
I just made brownies with those ingredients plus pecan nuts... but you could always skip the pecan nuts??
175g unsalted butter225g dark chcolate or a mix of dark and milk200g caster sugar3 medium eggs, separated65g plain flour50g pecan nutsmelt butter, most of chocolate (175g) and sugar, let it coolbeat the egg whitesadd the egg yolks, flour, pecan nuts (or not, in your case )fold in the egg whitesbake for 45 min in 180C oven mine just came off the oven!
