I have a recipe for Brownies with American cup measurements which I want to make for guests coming at 9.30am.
It calls for cups of various things... 2 cups plain flour 2 cups sugar (either caster or soft brown) 3/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup oil (olive or vegetable is best) 1 cup water 1 tsp vanilla essence
Do I just use a cup, or is there a specific measurement I need to use?!
