It will be fine. Wrap it up tight so it doesn't dry out, and remember that it will have to come back to room temp before you can roll it. It's easier to deal with if you make it into a sort of flattened lump when you put it in the fridge. Or you could roll and cut it and refrigerate the cut-out biscuits?

I've made some mixture but can't cook it till tomorrow, will it be ok if I wrap it in clingfilm until then? Should I put it in the fridge?
