Yesterday I made vanilla macarons with a spicy mocha ganache filling..... these The idea was great, but I found somehow, all the flavours seemed to cancel each other out. The chocolate overpwered the delicate macaron, yet the vanilla macaron masked the chocolateynessDesperately want to make more, that taste good!What do you recommend?
