I have seen the Kenwood Multipro FP730 and Kenwood KM280 Prospero both recommended on MN. I need to be able to knead dough quite regularly - not huge quantities maybe upto a pound/ half a kilo of flour in one go. The other requirements are vegetable preparation, easy to clean and the very occasional cake baking. Any suggestions, all you wonderful cooks out there?
Well, not sure about the first one, I've only ever had the Prospero and you get what you pay for; I'm still happy with mine but won't be too surprised when it stops working! I do make bread with it (500g of flour at a time) and its fine.
