Hello,

We are trying to come up with a middle name for our little girl Molly who was born on the Summer solstice.

So far we have only come up with Molly Aine.

Any other ideas?

Many thanks !

oooh, that sounds lovely.

What time was she born? Wondering Aurora if it was early morning or dawn...

otherwise the only vaguely midsummer names I can think are MSND Titania, Hermia and Helena!

I was born on the summer solstice, and my mum nearly called me Rose because roses were in bloom.

Ora- Hebrew ?light?

Lucia, Lucienne, Lucy- From the Latin lux ?light?

Eloise, Heloise- French; possibly originating in the Greek helios meaning ?sun

Sunniva- Norwegian ?sun gift?

Aurelia- Latin for ?golden - this is my favourite.

Haf means summer in Welsh. I think Molly Haf sounds nice.

Molly Aine is a bit of a mouthful, maybe? Sorry, they are both great names, particularly Aine but I'm not sure I'd put them together. You need a consonant with Molly.
