Both good!

If I had to decide at gun point, I'd go with Daniel Edward.

Do the initials make a different either way? With your surname too, I mean...

So he'd be DEL or EDL. DEL isn't an awful word or anything. Good luck with your decision!

Assign both names heads or tails and flip a coin. Don't look at the coin when it lands - whichever name you're hoping came up - go with it.

Daniel Edward.

The other way, the d of Edward runs into the D of Daniel.

Edward is getting associated a lot with Twilight etc, so I'd go with Daniel to avoid sounding as if you're jumping on a bandwagon, although they're both nice. I do prefer Daniel!

Daniel Edward. The Twilight/Edward thing is very off-putting to me.

Daniel Edward. They are both lovely names, but Daniel just pips Edward at the post.

Daniel Edward.
It sounds better together and I agree with capstone about the d's together with it the other way.
I find it flows better with Daniel Edward

Daniel Edward. Daniel much nicer, not as current (Edward seems to be having a revival) and can be Dan, danny etc.

Daniel Edward otherwise you get the 'd's together and it doesn't flow.

Also, I don't know about where you are but there is an amazing amount of Edwards being born here at the moment.

Daniel is MUCH nicer in my book.
