I think you need something starting with a consonant:

Tilly Rose/Rosa
Tilly Hannah
Tilly Laura
Tilly Kate/Catherine
Tilly Florence
Tilly Harriet

Well, my nans name is Daisy which I love, but it doesn't go. Other than that there are very few females in my family, we kind of considered the three there are and dismissed them for similar reasons.

James is a family name, my mothers maiden name and the middle name for all the boys in the family... but.. its a boys name :p

my DD3 has a boys name so it wouldn't bother me

you could have Tilly Jem instead

Marguerite

Is the French name for Daisy. It is pronounced
\m(a)-rgueri-te, mar-gue-rite\

I think Tilly Marguerite is rather pretty and maybe has some meaning for you.

I think you should go for a strong middle name as Tilly is quite a little girl-y name.
Or you could call your dd Matilda or Tilda and use Tilly as the shortened version, which would give her the option of using the full name if she didn't want to be called Tilly when she's older?

Tilly Margot (silent t - associated with Daisies)
Tilly Louise
Tilly Soraya
Tilly Elizabeth

(would also use a longer version)
