If my surname is Hart can I call a daughter Felicity?

It wouldn't be straight Felicity Hart, but with two middle names, the second of which is a family name beginning H and the first middle name is yet to be decided.

I love the name, and it's one of the few flowery ones left on the shortlist yet to be vetoed by DH.

I know she'll probably be called fart at some stage, but there are worse things in life. And most kids with the surname Hart get called fart in any case.

So, can you help me with a poll on:

a) do you think Felicity Hart is ok
b) suggested middle names.

I'm really sorry but I think it makes the whole fart thing so much more obvious!

There was a girl called Hart at the school I work at whose name started with F.

When I had to give her a login for our website, which was usually school initialsinitialsurname,(eg xxsjbloggs) I decided to put her middle initial in as well...

I think Felicity Hart is pretty. Kids will make the fart connection no matter what she's called, honestly! If you're worried about it you could go double barreled- Felicity Kate, etc.

F Hart does sound like "a fart".

I don´t think you can.

We had a similar dilemma, and decided not to! Although you're right, hubby has confirmed that the kid'll be teased with 'fart' regardless!
