Nice big house.
Since when is Jinger a name though?

Well good luck to them! Eighteen kids makes me wonder what I've been doing with my time!
They don't have a Janet yet

Wow, she must have to walk along with her legs crossed to stop them dropping out! 11 years pg??

When do they get time to do it? I don't get the chance with one!

i do think it is different for them though. living in that massive house, with all that ground around, the small kids can play outside with out fear of getting run over or taken. the older kids are taught at home and are well taught to help out with the smaller ones. i have seen the earlier documentry about them and their routine and behavior puts my house to shame

im not saying it is easier by a long stretch, cause i can imagine 18 kids. but they do seem to cope really really well.

I get the impression that that the older children do a lot of childcare.

Very interesting that her kids seem to be in same sex groups. She had 3/4 girls in row and 6 boys in a row.

I saw a documentary on this family, i have to say they did seem very happy, the older kids help younger ones etc, all help mum with housework etc, dad works as somethign like a constuction manager, and he designed the house they live in (the one in the pic)

good luck to them if they can cope with that many kids, 2 is more than enough for me personally!!

i keep seeing this family on discovery health. its not something i am comfortable with personally but its not my way of life and they do seem happy.

I admire them actually - watched them on tv and they were all very happy, mucking in - they are like the waltons! They seem to be comfortable that they are a little 'different' - respect.
