I think it's the one. Would just like a few opinions first!

Very American sounding. Are you from there?

Not my cup of tea, it's a bit toddlers and tiaras. But I'm sure lots of people will like it and ultimately go with what you like smile

Diamondsandpurls Mon 07-Nov-16 23:25:29

It sounds like Anne Boleyn

IamNotDarling Mon 07-Nov-16 23:26:02

I think she'd quickly be called Ambulance at school.

Amber is lovely unless your surname is Green.

TheCaptainsMum Mon 07-Nov-16 23:26:29

I was going to say the same as Diamonds!

Theselittlelightsofmineshine Mon 07-Nov-16 23:26:35

I prefer Amberleigh

GreenStraws Mon 07-Nov-16 23:26:51

Ambulance??? confusedconfusedconfused

We're both American born, but no longer live there.

Diamonds took the words out of my mouth or rather key board

GreenStraws Mon 07-Nov-16 23:27:16

Amber Leigh is lovely! Thank you

GreenStraws Mon 07-Nov-16 23:27:30

**Amberleigh

SomethingAboutNothing Mon 07-Nov-16 23:27:38

Sounds like someone misheard Anne Boleyn, sorry.

crje Mon 07-Nov-16 23:27:54

Amber is lovely

DownWithThisSortaThing Mon 07-Nov-16 23:27:58

I thought Anne Boleyn too, when I said it out loud.
I really like Amber on its own though.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen Mon 07-Nov-16 23:28:13

Anne Boleyn!

Spottyladybird Mon 07-Nov-16 23:28:15

Sounds like Anne Boleyn. Not much fun when you're studying Tudor history.

BertrandRussell Mon 07-Nov-16 23:28:30

You are, I presume, joking?

Awwlookatmybabyspider Mon 07-Nov-16 23:28:33

How about
Amber-Leigh
Amber-Jade
Amber-Mae
Amber-Lily

GreenStraws Mon 07-Nov-16 23:29:24

No sorry... I've seen it on baby name websites

annatha Mon 07-Nov-16 23:29:43

I hear Anne Boleyn too, sorry.

BackforGood Mon 07-Nov-16 23:30:10

Really don't like it.
Not a fan of 2 names running together.
Personally I'm not keen on 'Amber', although Lynn is OK (although does create the 'how do we spell it' issues)

Pluto30 Mon 07-Nov-16 23:33:29

Anne Boleyn again.

Amber with the middle name Lynn is fine. As is Amber with the middle name Lee. I'm not a fan of spelling Lee like Leigh. It's unnecessary letter adding.

Amber Lynn Surname / Amber Lee Surname.

SantasLittleMonkeyButler Mon 07-Nov-16 23:36:24

I didn't read it as Anne Boleyn (although I do now!).

I read it as ambling. I.e "Here I am, just ambling along."

NavyandWhite Mon 07-Nov-16 23:36:31

No sorry. Amber is lovely though.

Clankboing Mon 07-Nov-16 23:37:41

Amber or Amberley are nice.
