I have a Thea so I'm biased. I love it as it is easy to spell for her and short and sweet. Downside is that people (very) occasino ally pronounce it 'Taya' or 'tia'.
I love all your other choices - we clearly have similar taste!! Kara would be my least fave though as people will think it's after cara delevigne or tointon maybe?!

If I did like the name Dora. The Dora the explora connection would not be a deal breaker for me, after all. There are plenty of
Thomas, Edwards, Henrys, Tobys and Emilys. To mention just a few, running around. All Thomas and Friend Characters.
People have not been put off by these names.

Again, how is Mila pronounced? Meela is pretty, not so much pronounced as Millar.
Willa? Never heard of that but not keen.

Kara, sorry sounds a bit chav? But would prefer Cara as the spelling.
You seem to like names with an ending 'a'. How about Lula? Sounds pretty to me?!

Wills, Thea and Dora are awful in my mind, really horrible names, especially willa. Sorry.

The others are ok, none of them really stand out to me but I guess kara or Nina. Mila would subject her to a lifetime of is it mee-la or my-la?

I take the point about Kara being nicer with a C.

We already have an Anna so cannot have Emma although I love Emma.

Another possibility is Stella which I love but DH is not so sure about. He likes Isla but I think it's too popular at the moment.
