If I like Alexandria ...

Loving the name Alexandria, other options Florance (a family name my side) or Evelyn but both those becoming more popular, not a definite no but I like that I went through school without someone sharing my name I'd like that for my DC or at least not 3 or 4 in the class.

Stuck on boys names - current favourite is James or Peter (DH family name) but can't help feel theyre a bit boring.

So suggestions please - middle name will either Jean or Harry both DH family names and would mean the world to FIL/DH as our child/ren will be the only GC on that side.

Peter isn't very common these days but James is popular (most Newborn boys I know have James as a md), that said, I understand why, James is a nice name.

Lots of Evelyn variants around my area and I come across the occasional Florence. Alexandria is a bit of a mouthful and Alex(ander) is popular for boys so any daughter may be of a few Alexs'.

Yes I meant Florence!

Love Rupert - would it get shortened to Ru and if so would it matter that close friends have a Ru (Rufus)?
