Zachary Reuben and Jude are all fabulous and would all be on my list if it weren't for the fact that they (for various reasons) don't go with our surname.

I'm less keen on Jonah, although don't dislike it as such.

I'd personally avoid Jonah because of the whale / bad luck associations.

Jude is my favourite of the rest.

First three fine. A bit fashionable, so might date, but so what. Jonah otoh still means bad luck at sea, and I'd avoid it for that.
