Imogen Rosa.

I don't like the repeated ia ending of the other combination plus I dislike the Georgia I know

Imogen Rosa. Georgia Sophia is too much, and a little stuffy. Imogen Rosa is lovely Smile

Imogen Sophia
Georgia Rose (losing the repetitive IA at the end)

But if you must have one of your two examples above, then Imogen Rosa to avoid the double 'ia' even though it doesn't feel right when spoken aloud IMO.

Much prefer Georgia to Imogen but like Georgia Sophie...the 2 ending with "a" sounds wrong to me.
In fact prefer both middle names to your first names, Sophia and Rosa are lovely!
Sophia Rose would be gorgeous...

Why are you letting a group of strangers name your baby for you? Do you not want to name your own baby?

Twitterqueen of course we want to name our own baby. Between DH and I, we have come up with two names that we like equally. We don't want to involve family and friends in the naming process as we've had past experience of how this can backfire if they dislike the suggested names. Therefore, i decided to post on here to get an idea of which name the general public think sounds the best. They wouldn't be naming the baby in any case because we have come up with the names ourselves and would make the final decision. It's sometimes nice to hear people's opinions.

If you don't like people asking strangers for help with naming their babies, maybe you need to stop looking at the baby names forum.

Thanks to everyone else for the constructive advice. Much appreciated.

I prefer Georgia as a first name, but don't think it works with the double ending A - Georgia Sophie or Georgia Rose might work better

I much prefer Georgia to Imogen but Georgia doesn't go with Sophia or Rosa IMVHO.

I would go with Georgia Rose. [Rebel] Grin

Btw, I love Sophia and Rosa. Sophia is the middle name of one of my DDs and Rosa would definitely be on my list if I was to ever have another.

I'm not a fan of Imogen.

OP, it was a genuine question. I'm not making judgements, I'm simply curious. Naming our children was a very personal decision and we neither sought nor took advice or opinions from anyone at all. The names were secret until the DCs had arrived.

Sign of the times I guess. No offence or criticism intended.

Twitterqueen fair enough, I understand. I suppose I just found it an odd comment to see on a baby name forum where every single post is relating to people asking for opinions or advice on what to call their baby. I understand you may not have wanted advice when naming yours. Each to their own, and all that.
