Hate to tell you this but Wolves don't have names. Names are a human invention that allow us to take power over objects and other natural creatures / plants.... the "Real Name" is the unspoken, the true nature, felt at levels naming does not and cannot touch.

If you are determined to be an incurable romantic, how about 'Lupine'? or "Lykos"?

Emily?
Jane?
Sarah?

All lovely, go with anything. It's sometimes good to keep things classic.

How about Rhea or Silvia, the birth mother of Romulus and Remus.

Fang

Or is that too popular/common?

Pierce could invoke your piercing eyes, or wishy washy Pierce Brosnan. I wouldn't go there.

Lupin?

Rover? I think it's often useful to have a traditional middle name to fall back on if your first name doesn't suit the profession you choose in the future

Anything with a random H in it seems to be popular at the moment

You need something that passes the high court judge test.

You also aren't allowed to pick a name which is used by anyone else on Mumsnet

As a fellow direwolf but not barking, don't excuse the pun, it was deliberate can I suggest:

Virginia.
Winston.
Howell.

This is causing almost as much outrage as my 'Archer' thread.
