Clara or Astrid?

Clara has always been the favourite but having seen the name Astrid in a book I really like it. Her brother is Adam.

Lurleene I am but haven't chosen the names because of that - I only discovered yesterday after looking at the name Astrid it was the name of Kylie's character in Doctor Who. Astrid is also an anagram of Tardis I now know!

I love Astrid. Sounds like a trail of stars in a pitch dark sky to me! I have known two Astrids - both German - and they are both lovely people and very interesting. I Clara a bit meh.

Clara and Adam work better as a pair - they both get their own initials.

Astrid sounds harder and less elegant to my ears.

I adore Astrid. I loved it when I first heard it in Doctor Who and loved it even more when I watched Fringe!

I know two sisters with these names! I prefer Clara as I always see/think Asteroid with Astrid.
