Hi all!

We don't know what sex were having but if girl think we're seton the name Evie. We've not agreed on middle name though but both seem to have compromised and like Sophia? Do you think that works Evie Sophia? X

It is a lovely name but it is also popular because its nice. As Long as you don't mind it being popular name then go for it :) x

I love Evie/Evelyn/Eve, any of those really lol. Very popular, esp with Sophia but go for it if you don't mind that!

Ivie or Eyvie would be pronounced differently though surely?

My dd3 (16months) mn is Sophia & I think it's a beautiful name!

Coincidentally my dd2 (6yrs) name is also Evangeline which can also be shortened to Eva/Eve /Evie etc

Both names sound lovely together Smile - do you have a short surname OP?

It would've been lovely several years ago but these are now two of the most popular names I know. Particularly Evie. Far far too many ie ending names about now. Eve is nicer, but again, pretty common. If popularity doesn't bother you, go for it, but expect several in her year group at school. It may even be a boy yet!

Evie Maria has a certain ring to it. Evie Sophia is nice but I think Sophia is becoming over used. Evie Rose is nice but a three syllable middle name seems to fit better (though that might change if I knew your last name).
