Help! Girls name to go with our unusual surname!

Help! Expecting our 2nd DC which is a girl. Finding it hard to find a girls name that goes with our surname which is Sienesi (pronounced sin-e-sea). It's Italian but we're not so don't want anything foreign sounding or difficult to pronounce or spell as its already a nightmare with the surname! Don't want anything top 10 either. Any ideas?!

Lovely surname.

I think you could use anything quite honestly. Can you say what dc1 is called to give an idea of your style/taste?

Thank you! He is Henry but don't necessarily want a classic girls name!

Great suggestions. Like Annabel, Georgia, Rosa, Freya. Charlotte is my sister but like names you can shorten to a nickname too.

I would avoid anything with an S sound in it. Some of the names already suggested would sound very hissy with Sienesi.

I don't imagine it would be too difficult to find names that go well with your surname as long as they're not "old biddy" names - Ethel Seinesi wouldn't sound too good! But maybe avoid names ending in an "ee" sound, as two "ee"s in a row might sound funny.

Some pleasant sounding ones, I think, are:

Annabel
Olivia
Jessica
Katherine
Katelyn
Elizabeth
Adeline
Grace
Georgina
Helena
Martha
Constance
Alana
Emilia

Given your ds lovely name I would go for something classic and traditional.

Catherine
Elizabeth

"But maybe avoid names ending in an "ee" sound, as two "ee"s in a row might sound funny"

There wouldn't be two "ee"s in a row, as OP has said the name is pronounced sin-e-sea.

Sorry, Fat Walda, but I think Sienesi does end in an "ee" sound.
