All pronounced the same. Also spelled Ruaraidh in Gaelic speaking Scotland.

Ruairidh and Ruari sound more like Roo-ary. Just a slight difference from the Anglicised Rory.

No, the first two are pronounced 'Roo-ree' while the last is ''Roh-ree'

(If you're a native speaker there is a whiff of a difference between 'Ruari' and 'Ruairi' but not worth thinking about for practical purposes if English is your language!)

I wouldn't pronounce them all the same - the first two are ROO-a-ree, and the last is ROAR-ay.

I think the first two might be modern Irish spellings, but the pronunciation is usually the same as the Gaelic, as written by Roseformeplease.

To me, Ruairi is pronounced Roo-ree (emphasis on first syllable) and Rory is Roar-ee and Ruari is just spelled wrong??

Children I know called Ruairi have specified that they are to be called Roo-ree or Roar-re, they had their own preference (or their parents did, I suppose).

I have a Ruairi - It's pronounced Roo-ree. Sometimes people pronounce it Roar-ee (strangely enough often DH's Irish family)and I usually correct them! It's a great name and we generally get a lot of positive comments about it ( well to our faces anyway, people might say all sorts behind our backs)!
