Raphael or Leon?

Hi,

Still on the never ending quest for a name for our DC3 who is a boy and due very soon, out of about 100 names DH has kind of approved Raphael or Leon.

Please let me have your thoughts (please make no mention of the Turtle Ninja thing though... )

Our DDs are J osephine and I ris, and we are a French-British family so bilingual.

I really wanted to call DS Raphael but his dad would just bring up ninja turtles when I mentioned it. Definitely Raphael it's beautiful and nn Raffi is lovely too.

(Prefer the spelling Rafael a bit, but that's because I used to know a v hot Brazilian Rafael ).

I don't like Leon much, tbh.

I have a Raphael who is 3.8. I started a thread when pregnant and received nothing but positive feedback. Had he been a girl, he'd be Josephine!

I have to admit though that dd who is ninja turtle mad picked his name. I happened to like it very much too and DH and I couldn't agree otherwise. He is Raffi/Rafe/Rafa.

I have met lots of little Raphaels since having him but oddly, dd's name which is top 50, I've only ever met one and she's nearly eight.
