I'm 31 weeks pregnant & I just don't like any names at all as they just don't seem to have a meaning iyswim .
All relatives names have already been used so that's out of the question , All I know is I want something with a meaning Confused

For example girl's names I had chosen were the likes of Seren , I would love something similar for a boy but I'm open to all suggestions no matter how outrageous they seem Smile

They pretty much all have a meaning I suppose the question is whether you believe that the meaning makes any difference. I don't.

As Florrie says, all names have meanings, from trad Charles (warrior, or man), Robert (bright fame), William (will+protection), Edward (guard of wealth/fortune), Andrew (manly) to currently popular Oliver (originally 'descendant of his ancestors', later mingled with 'olive tree'), Harry (Henry = home ruler), Oscar (deer-lover or god-spear) etc etc.
This is a list of names, sorted by meanings www.behindthename.com/themes.php

Seren means 'star', so what about the name of a famous star, such as Altair (flying eagle) or of a constellation, such as Orion (meaning unknown - he was a hunter in Greek myths).
