Is Arlo still fashionable?

2.5 years ago when I was thinking about names for DS, every thread listed an Arlo. Now I'm expecting DC2, Arlo based suggestions are few and far between! Where are all the Arlo enthusiasts?

P.S. I hate the name. IMO Arlo is a fat, tweedy, Scottish aristo. Sorry enthusiasts.

I don't get a fat tweedy Scottish aristo vibe from it at all though. I picture a schmoozy Euro trash type, shirt open to the navel, suede Gucci loafers, wooing laydeez on his yacht.

Let's think carefully: does this name deserve it's own thread? Does it really?

I love the name Arlo, but it is becoming very fashionable.
I think it's super.

I like Arlo but maybe it has had a few too many uses as it is the kind of name that you feel a bit silly when you meet two others at playgrpup! So maybe its had its mini peak.

I've never come across a single Arlo. I don't think I've ever even heard of this name before.

If it really ever was fashionable in the UK, I can only imagine it's a very regional name.

It's at 194 on last years ons statistics, has fallen from the year before. There were 294 arlos. So not that popular at all.

It is ds4s middle name after arlo Guthrie.

I'm pretty sure it jumped quite a bit from the 2012 stats!
