Hi all.
Expecting first DC (a son). I do love traditional names like Alexander, Thomas, Joseph and Harry but fear they are a little too popular. I was one of 5 Clare's in my class at primary and my DH always had two or three others with the same name in his class's so we definitely want something a bit less common (may use one of the above as a mn)
Two of my favourites are Austin and Mason but DH insists they are "chavvy" (his words not mine! It's more for lack of a better word than him being horrible snobbish)
He really likes Lucus but I'm afraid I can't get "mucus" out of my head! He seems to be coming round a bit to Austin but is more fearful of what others may think of it. What do you all think when you hear Austin and Mason?
