Some great suggestions already. I like Aldous and don't think you need a nickname - it is easy to say, isn't it? I also like Kit (Christopher), Quentin and Magnus.

Quite like Elias.. Hmm

Rosencrantz - Aldous is okay, I'm struggling with nn though, can't use Aldo for a valid reason, what else? Aldi?!

I know quite a lot of boys with some of the names mentioned - Felix, Lukas,Reuben, Rufus, Sebastian

Keep ideas coming!

Any use?

We're really struggling!

Names ending in 's' seem to go well with our surname which begins with a vowel.

Dh likes Aldous - I'm not sure.

We both don't mind Otto

I like (dh doesn't) Otis, Ezra, Kit, Atticus, Remy (doesn't go very well with last name)

We just don't seem to be getting anywhere! Inspiration needed!
