you can spell it lillianna which I guess would be the lily anna pronunciation but I think thats a bit long winded.

Regardless of pronunciation, I think it's bloody awful.

Sounds like a hula dancer.

I find it a bit too frilly. I love Lilias, the Scottish version of Lilian though.

I wouldn't choose it!

I know a lovely Liliana - she's Romanian, think it is more popular in eastern Europe.

I also know a Liliana and it's definitely pronounced 'Lilly-arna'. You'd have to change the spelling if you were set on your chosen pronunciation, OP.

I like it but agree with the pronunciation everyone else has said. You would need to change the spelling for the pronunciation...but then I'm not sure it works?

Yes, too frilly.

Lily is still a gorgeous name, a bit overused a few years ago but I think its a classic.. Liliana is definitely and literally gilding the lily.

Depends where you live re the pronunciation, I would pronounce the spelling given as lily anna. However we are in Scotland and we dont add in an extra "r" where none exists. I am sure we have our other faults though Xmas Grin

yes I too much prefer the classic lily but with a colour surname it wouldnt work Sad

good job its just for fun or I would never settle on a name hee hee.
