I also know a Liliana and it's definitely pronounced 'Lilly-arna'. You'd have to change the spelling if you were set on your chosen pronunciation, OP.

I like it but agree with the pronunciation everyone else has said. You would need to change the spelling for the pronunciation...but then I'm not sure it works?

Lily is still a gorgeous name, a bit overused a few years ago but I think its a classic.. Liliana is definitely and literally gilding the lily.

Depends where you live re the pronunciation, I would pronounce the spelling given as lily anna. However we are in Scotland and we dont add in an extra "r" where none exists. I am sure we have our other faults though

yes I too much prefer the classic lily but with a colour surname it wouldnt work
