His other son is called Jaydon. Says it all.

I always saw Parker as a girls name

The only Parker I knew was a dog.

Not that bad a name generally speaking but not great with that surname.

Parker Bridge? That did make me laugh for some unknown reason.

Not my cup of tea but it's not really terrible.

mumofthemonsters808 · 18/10/2013 14:06

I also thought it was a girls name.

Park at a Bridge

I always thought it was a surname. Really not sure why people would choose an inoffensive but very ordinary surname for their child when there are so many gorgeous names around.

And Parker Bridge just sounds too traffic-ey somehow.

I don't mind the name Parker I guess although it reminds me of Thunderbirds and the annoying character in Friends played by Alec Baldwin! But Parker Bridge doesn't go well to my ears.

Who???

Don't mind Parker, heard worse, heard better. Agree with thenuns sounds too traffic like . At least it's not London Grin

Parker is a great name, but not with their surname. I've always thought of it as a boys name.

Parker Bridge does sound odd, trafficy and carparky.

I like the name Parker.

Would like to know what oldboilers getting at though.

Although I have no clue who the couple are tbh.

He is a footballer and they generally lack class, hence the names. Although do prefer Parker to Jaydon.

Parker is generally a boys name in the US. I've known several. Not a bad name, just a bit funny with the surname Bridge.
