Felicity Seren Mary

What do you think?

Or Evelyn Seren?? Or too many vowels?!

Boy will probably be Henry......

To me Felicity is a happy, lively, bouncy name (meaning happiness), but I'm not a fan as I don't like the sound of it. Seren is calm, like Serene. So it's a bit of a contradiction. But that's just me.

I like felicity. I also like seren for a middle name. not keen on Mary.

Too 'jolly hockey sticks' for me, plus I hate the 'Flick' abbreviation.

You could shorten to Lissy?

Felicity Seren Mary, I think you have a lovely combination of names there. I really like Felicity, both the meaning and the sound. There are a few other NN if you do not favour Flick.

I love it too, it's my name! I've always loved it, people often comment and I like that it's a 'grown up' name. I do get called flick for short but I don't mind it!

Fliss Flick, Fil, and I think for a brief spell as a teenager, Floss may have been in there too and now there are students who just never remember how to pronounce it and you end up being called facility which just reminds me of a public convenience! Am very strict on it not being shortened but no-one ever listens. I do like the fact that there aren't many of us around though.

Its my no1 choice if I'm ever lucky enough to have a baby girl. Love the nn Fliss and knew one who close friends called her Itty.

Thank you everyone!
Discussed with husband and he's quite keen on Felicity Seren Rose (Rose is a family name on his side) so think we're decided at last just in case it is a girl!
