We already have 2 boys, Freddy (Frederick Theodore) & Sid (Sidney Harrison). Don't know yet if this is a boy or girl but will find out. We tend to like old-fashioned names, slightly unusual but not too 'out there'.

Thoughts so far:

Girl:
Dorothea (but was my paternal grandmother, would it upset other?)
Beatrice/Beatrix (probably latter as surname begins with S)
Cerys (this from DH, I am meh)

Boy:
Casper (DH likes with K at beginning)

All lovely...but Casper with a C surely? My favourite is actually Cerys...classic and gorgeous, but the others are great too.

Cerys. Or Caris. Or Cara.

Love all three!

Wouldn't choose Casper but, if I had to, would prefer a C to a K.

Like the girls choices - I'm not a Casper fan and it isn't the same style as your other names if that matters to you.

Stanley/Stan
William/Billy
Charles/Charlie

Henrietta/Hetty
Lillian
Christabel

Dorothea is great with your other DCs names. Also like Dora or Dottie for when she's little. Can you give another GM name for mn?

Not keen on Casper. Plus your other names are so British sounding, and Casper sounds Eastern European to me.
What about:
Arthur
Edmund
Edwin
Robert
Gilbert
Henry
Barnaby

Love Dorothea and Beatrix. Or how about Antonia or Theodora?

Casper is ok but how about Quentin or Sebastian?
