Actually, don't choose too quickly, in the absence of any sign of pregnancy in this house I am doing my baby name choosing vicariously via your fabulous lists. grin

Oh it's a very tough decision but if pushed I think I would go for Flora Tabitha Ivy.....beautiful!

Mabel, it has to be Mabel - for some reason the name Tabitha always makes me think of a cat licking milk from a saucer.....as cute as that is, it still has to be Mabel grin

Flora is becoming popular and I know a dog called flora.
Mabel is lovely
Tabitha is guess could be a grower. It does sound quite like a witches name though

Back2Two Tue 03-Sep-13 07:31:47

Oh, Ivy.
Nice I think as a middle name

I prefer the name Tabitha to Mabel, and if you were looking for a first name that's the way I'd be going. However, I think with Flora and Ivy each side Mabel sounds better.

Flora Tabitha Ivy

I know Flora is becoming popular,
it's a shame but we both love it,and it fits with our other DC names.
so I think we're going to have to overlook the stats and hope there aren't too many in her class!

I would nearly always plump for Tabitha over Mabel but I reckon in this instance Flora Mabel Ivy flows better.

Just Flora Mabel on its own. Otherwise it's all too...flowery, fluffy, whathaveyou.
