Fleur is my favourite from your choices. It is fresh, pretty, feminine and a bit different to all the usual names out there. If it goes well with your surname it's a winner.
Nell is ok but it's trendy and it will almost certainly date to this decade. I know quite a few. It was great when it first arrived but not so much now - a bit like buying something that was fashionable too recently to be fashionable any more :) Like, ummm, name necklaces :) Also, I personally don't get Nell (sorry). It rhymes with smell and it's a short fat sound.
Cassia is a non-name, I wouldn't recognise it as a girls name as such. Cassandra is a much nicer, similar name. Cassia reminds me of Casio calculators and sounds a bit made-up. Also there is the "is it prononounced "Cash-a" or "Ca-SEE-a" connundrum, a bit like Alicia.
Juno - no. To me it is so closely associated with the relatively recent film. It's a bit like calling your baby after the name of a baby in a soap - somewhat lacking in imagination/origininality. The lead character in Juno was pretty and gutsy but it was just a film - the name Juno isn't especially attractive on its own. Would you like it if you hadn't heard of the film?

I've always loved the name Fleur but ex vetoed it Sad. One of my favourite girls names.

Fleur, it is pretty and classy, yet slightly exotic, and not over popular.

Nell is a diminutive of Elizabeth, and so, though cute, is not a real name. It will date massively, as will Cassia, which is destined to be the next Sharon.
Juno is a Marmite name, it will rapidly date, only use it if you are sure your daughter will be feisty and a size 16.

Fleur. Its pretty.

Cassia, I think it's a beautiful name.
Fleur sounds like old lady perfume, and is the name of a very bad tempered fat mare at a stables I know.
Nell I like, but sounds unfinished - needs to be a nickname for Elizabeth, Eleanor, Elena, Ellen, Helena etc.
Juno I'm not keen on, makes me think of a fat lady in a toga or a pregnant teenager, and also think it will date as it's uncommon but the film gave it a small upsurge.

When I hear Fleur I think bleurgh.

Nell, I'm not feeling it.

Juno, I've only ever heard this name because of the film, neither love nor hate it.

Cassia is gorgeous, different without being too hipster/granny chic/out there unique. It wouldn't enter my head to pronounce it Cash-a. Reall lovely name.

Juno.

Have you considered Flora?

I have considered Flora, I adore it. However my dh won't consider it as he uses the margarine of the same name.

Ah ok. I just think it's a nicer version of Fleur.

I like fleur the best, I think it's pretty and unusual, I really don't like the others at all.

What is it about MN & "Juno"? Argh. Just such a weird name (yes I have yet to meet even one).
Fleur is my favourite on OP's list. Cassia makes me think Cassava.

Fleur is horrible.
Nell is fabulous but mostly used as a name for sheepdogs.

Fleur rhymes with Blurgh.
