I would use Thea instead of Theadora.

Don't mind Dulcie.

Don't like Hebe.

I like Clementine (nn Clemmie), but I'm never certain as to whether the proper pronunciation is Clemen-teen, or Clemen-tyne.

Clemen-Tyne IME.

DP can't say Thea,so that's out.

I started off thinking I hated both names, but as I've read the thread Hebe has really started to grow on me! I do think Theodora may be a bit 'much' with it, but love the suggestions of Hebe Myrtle or Hebe Margot (also love Ivy with either of those middle names).

Dulcie makes me think instantly of the snobby spoilt cousin in Noel Streatfield's Dancing Shoes, so I don't like it!

How about Dora?

Dora Clementine?

Hebe Theodora

Hebe Theodora is lovely - not very keen on Dulcie as I associate it with a former pupil who was very hard work!

Love Clementine as well.

Dulce - hmm - but what if she's really loud?

Dulcie Clementine actually made me lol. It sounds like a bad orange 'oh I've got a dulcie clementine, are there any others?'

Hebe is also terrible imo

Dulcie Theodora would be my favourite from those 4

Out there, but not toooo far out there suggestions

I really like Dulcie Clementine. I think it rolls off the tongue nicely.

Frigg I have checked the ons baby name statistics, only 11 girls were called Hebe last year. So no worries that it will get really popular! grin
