Any help would be much appreciated, I feel like I need fresh inspiration!

My grandmothers given name was Lizzie and is on her birth certificate. She hated it and always called herself Elizabeth as she felt it was grander grin.

I really like Lizzie too.

Maggie, Peggy, Annie, Dotty (nn for Dorothy), Nancy, Lana

My dd1 is Elizabeth but we have only ever called her Lizzie. We used Elizabeth to give her options when she is older but for all intents, she is Lizzie.
